Tom Parker Bowles is the author of nine cookbooks, known for his appearances as a judge in numerous TV food series and for his foodie reviews in GQ, Esquire, and The Mail on Sunday. He is the son of Queen Camilla and Andrew Parker Bowles. His stepfather and godfather is King Charles III.

Henry Jeffreys is an award-winning drinks writer who has written for The Critic magazine, the Guardian, Spectator and BBC Good Food magazine as well as appearances on BBC Radio. His books include Empire of Booze: British history through the bottom of a glass; The Home Bar; The Cocktail Dictionary; and Vines in a Cold Climate.
